About Exact Online
Exact Online is an invoicing system. Many entrepreneurs use Exact for bookkeeping and to work together with an accountant.
You can connect Exact Online to Picqer in 2 ways. With our direct integration, you create invoices for orders directly in Picqer. With the Exact Online integration by xCore, you also automate other processes, which you can read about on this page.
What can you do with the xCore integration?
The xCore integration synchronizes data between Picqer and Exact Online, in both directions. One system is always leading: Exact Online or Picqer.
- Sales orders created in Exact Online are automatically sent to Picqer. Any articles not yet known in Picqer are automatically created there.
- Goods deliveries, goods receipts, and stock movements are always automatically synchronized from Picqer to Exact Online.
- For purchase orders, you choose whether to manage them in Picqer or Exact Online. Purchase orders are automatically synchronized to the other system.
Setting up the integration
xCore guides you through the implementation: first they work with you to map out exactly which processes you want to automate, then they take care of the installation and testing of the integration. This integration is compatible with the Exact Wholesale Distribution licenses.
