CIRRO E-Commerce integration

Here's how to connect Picqer with CIRRO E-Commerce to create shipping labels through their platform

By integrating Picqer with CIRRO E-Commerce, we support:

  • Pickup from CIRRO E-Commerce in the Benelux.

    • Signature upon delivery
    • Saturday delivery
    • Express delivery

Preparation

To connect Picqer with CIRRO E-Commerce, you'll need a username and password.

Existing CIRRO E-Commerce customers can contact the IT team for information at it.ecommerce.eu@cirroglobal.com

If you're not yet a customer and are interested in the services, you can reach out to the sales team at sales.ecommerce@cirroglobal.com

Connect shipping provider

Select CIRRO E-Commerce and click on 'connect'.

Enter the username and password you received from CIRRO E-Commerce

Click on 'Save'.

You have now connected Picqer with CIRRO E-Commerce. Next, add shipping profiles with the desired combinations of settings to create labels. You can add additional shipping profiles by clicking ‘+ New shipping profile’ in the top right corner of Picqer and follow the steps again.

Creating a shipment

After setting up a new shipping provider, it’s a good idea to place a test order using the new shipping method in your webshop. You can then process this order in Picqer, including printing the shipping label, to ensure that all settings are configured correctly.

If you have added multiple shipping profiles, you can further automate the selection process using rules.
