Contact for urgent matters

For normal support, we are available on workdays from 9 am to 5 pm CET. By email you will usually receive an answer within 1 hour. And depending on your plan, we also offer telephone support between those times.


Almost all types of outages in Picqer will be recognized automatically and our team will be notified immediately, 24 hours a day. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible. You do not need to contact us for that.

Contact outside office hours

Should you need us urgently outside office hours, you can contact us by clicking on 'Help and suggestions' inside Picqer. Outside of office hours you will see a checkbox with 'This is critical' that you can check. We will try to help you as soon as possible.

We will examine if it is really critical and can not wait till normal office hours. Things we like to help you with as quickly as possible include for example:

  • Everything that prevents you from shipping orders at this time
  • Everything that prevents your customers from ordering in your webshop
  • If your webshop integration does not work
  • If you can not create shipments
