Contact for urgent matters

For regular support, we are available on workdays from 9 am to 5 pm CET. You can reach us by e-mail at support@picqer.com and you usually receive an answer within 1 hour.

Outages

Almost all types of outages in Picqer are recognized automatically and our team is notified immediately, 24 hours a day. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible. In most cases you do not need to contact us for that.

I need help urgently

If you need our help urgently, inside or outside our office hours, you can contact us from inside Picqer by clicking on 'Help and suggestions'. There you see a checkbox 'This is critical' that you can check. We will try to help you as soon as possible.

What is urgent?

Things we like to help you with as quickly as possible include for example:

  • Everything that prevents you from shipping orders at this time
  • Everything that prevents your customers from ordering in your webshop
  • If your webshop integration does not work
  • If you can not create shipments
