DPD integration

With the DPD integration, you create DPD shipping labels straight from Picqer. DPD built the integration and also supports it, so you can send any questions to support@x-interactive.nl.

Preparation

To connect Picqer to DPD Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg, you need a DPD Connect account. If you already use a DPD Connect account in Magento, WooCommerce or another system, you can use it for Picqer too. Don't have an account yet? Request one from DPD CustomerIT at customerit@dpd.nl.

To connect, you need the following details:

• DelisID
• Password
• Depot number

Connect the shipping provider

Set up a shipping profile

After connecting, you create a shipping profile. In it, you choose the DPD shipping service that goes on the label. Each shipping service is a separate shipping profile. Want to use more DPD shipping services? Add them with 'Add shipping profile' and let a rule pick the right profile.

When you fill in the shipping profile, pay attention to these fields:

• Environment: choose live, unless you want to test. Always check this with DPD CustomerIT first.
• Print format: choose A6, unless DPD CustomerIT tells you otherwise.
• Language: choose nl_NL for Dutch or en_US for English. DPD creates the label in this language.
• Depot: enter the depot number from the preparation.
• Name, Street, Housenumber, Postcode and City: enter your details exactly as DPD has them for your DelisID. Enter the postcode without spaces.
• Country: enter the two-letter country code DPD has for your DelisID, such as NL or BE.

Pickup points

If your customer chose a DPD pickup point at checkout, Picqer sends the shipment there. This only works with Magento 2 and WooCommerce. To see which shipping options your store passes on, read shipping options per store.

Shipping outside the EU

With the DPD integration, you can ship to the Netherlands and to countries within the EU customs union. You can't create shipments to other countries through this integration.
