What happens to my feedback?
We greatly appreciate your feedback. Thanks to your feedback, we understand what you consider important. Many of our improvements, therefore, stem from feedback.
But frankly, most feedback is not addressed immediately. We simply receive too much feedback for that. This is often the case in software development. Therefore, we make choices about what we work on at any given time.
How we handle your feedback
All feedback is shared internally. This way, we have a good understanding of what matters to our customers and which situations we can improve.
New functionalities are developed in cycles of 6-8 weeks. Each cycle, we determine one or more themes to work on, such as "receiving purchases" or "international shipments". For each theme we work on, we review all related feedback and identify adjustments we can make to improve as many situations as possible.
