Fulfillment customers report

The fulfillment report provides an overview of how many picklists have been processed in a specific period and how many returns have been handled for a fulfillment customer. By default, this period is set to the current month, but it can be adjusted to any desired period.

Fulfillment Report

You can find the report for a fulfillment customer by navigating to a specific customer in the fulfillment customers overview. Click the 'Show report' button there.

The fulfillment report is categorized into three sections, each containing multiple statistics for each fulfillment customer.

Outbound

  • Picklists
    • Picklists processed: the number of completed picklists. This includes the total number of completed pick lists for both orders and returns. For returns, this refers to picklists resulting from sending a replacement product.
    • Rows: the number of product lines on the picklists.
    • Total quantity: the total number of items on the picklists.
    • Show details: an overview with details of processed picklists.
  • Shipments
    • Shipments: the number of shipments created.
    • Countries: the number of unique countries shipped to.
    • Shipping profiles: the number of profiles used.
    • Show details:
      • Overview of used shipping profiles, per country.
      • Overview with details of all created shipments, including canceled shipments.

Inbound

  • Receipts
    • Receipts processed: the number of completed receipts.
    • Rows: the number of product lines on the receipts.
    • Total quantity: the total number of items on the receipts.
    • Show details: an overview with details of all receipts.
  • Returns
    • Returns processed : the number of completed returns.
    • Rows: the number of product lines on the returns.
    • Total quantity: the total number of items on the returns.
    • Show details: an overview with details of all returns.

Storage Usage

This is based on current usage, not the selected period.

  • Linked locations: the number of locations currently in use.
  • Products: the number of products present at the locations in use.
  • Stock: the stock present at the locations in use.
  • Show details:
    • Overview of location type usage, per warehouse.
    • Overview of the number and type of locations used, per product.

Available in the API
