Delete or inactivate products
When you no longer use a product, you can make it inactive or delete it. You'll only find inactive products under Products > Inactive products.
Make products inactive
You make products inactive one at a time. A product can't have stock, backorders, open purchase orders, picklists or movements when you make it inactive. It also can't be part of a composition.
Go to the product you want to make inactive.
Click 'Actions' at the top right.
Choose 'Make product inactive' and confirm.
When you make a product inactive, Picqer unlinks all of its locations. Want to use the product again later? Open it from 'Inactive products' and choose 'Make product active' under 'Actions'.
Delete products
You can only delete a product that has no history yet. That means no orders, purchase orders, returns or movements, and no stock history.
Open the product, click 'Actions' at the top right and choose 'Delete'. If 'Delete' isn't in the list, the product already has history and you can only make it inactive.
