Delete of inactivate products
You can hide products by changing their status to inactive. Products that are inactive can only be found in the overview of inactive products. You find this overview via Products > Inactive products.
Make products inactive
You can make products inactive per product. A product cannot have inventory, back orders, open purchase orders, pick lists, or movements at the time of inactivation.
Navigate to the product you want to inactivate
Choose at the bottom of the page for Change type
Choose Make product inactive
Delete products
You can delete products if they don't have history in Picqer yet. No (purchase) orders may have been placed. Also, there can't be any stock history for the product.
To remove a product, navigate to the product in Picqer and select 'Remove' at the top right. If the button is not visible, the product can no longer be removed.
