Frequently Asked Questions about Shopware 6

Which product types are supported by Shopware 6?

Picqer currently only supports regular products and variants. Regular products and variants are imported into Picqer as normal products. Shopware 6 does not yet have native support for virtual assemblies or bundles.

How can I see products in Picqer that I don't see in the product overview in Shopware 6?

In Picqer, we import variants of a product as normal products. These variants are not displayed in the product overview in Shopware 6. To view the variants of a product, you need to look at the product itself and then go to 'Variant Generator'.

Which payment does Picqer look at to determine if an order has been paid?

In a Shopware 6 order, multiple payments can be active at the same time. These appear in the "transactions" of the order. In the Shopware admin, you only see the transaction that was most recently modified, which can sometimes give the impression that only one payment can be active at a time.

Picqer looks at all payments of an order, and if one of those payments is marked as "paid", Picqer will import the order.

The Mollie and MultiSafepay payment plugins work this way too. They create a new transaction for each payment attempt. If one of the attempts is "paid", the order is considered fully paid.

If none of the payment attempts are "paid", Picqer looks at the most recently modified attempt, for example to detect if it is "refunded".
