Changelog: easier store connections and setup
In the past few weeks we’ve done a lot of work under the hood to keep Picqer fast and reliable. We’ve also simplified connecting and editing stores, and fulfilment customers can now connect their own store. Read all about it in this changelog.
Easier store connections and setup
Connecting a new store can be tricky. It sometimes requires technical knowledge about things like API keys and secrets. You also want to make sure everything is configured correctly to prevent, for example, your store stock from being accidentally overwritten. That’s why we’ve made connecting and setting up stores easier.
Connecting now always happens in three steps: connect, configure, and activate. For each step, we explain what needs to be done and what will happen. This way you can quickly and confidently connect a new store.
On the store page, you can now see at a glance how the integration is configured and whether the connection with the store is working properly. And just like when connecting a new store, the settings for the integration and connection are now separated.

Connect stores from the fulfilment portal
Finally, fulfilment customers can now connect a new store themselves directly from the fulfilment portal. After the store is connected, as a fulfilment company you only need to configure and activate it. You’ll receive a notification in Picqer when this happens. This not only saves time but is also much safer than exchanging login details. More information
