ReturnGO is a return platform. The ReturnGO integration in Picqer helps you receive and process returned products in your warehouse.

About ReturnGO

ReturnGO’s return platform uses automation and data to allow webshop owners to independently and easily process returns. ReturnGO’s mission is to make the return process more sustainable and efficient, reducing emissions, material waste, and extra costs while increasing your revenue.

How the integration works

When a return request is approved in ReturnGO and a return label is issued, a return is automatically created in Picqer. The products can then be received in Picqer.

If additional information about the status of the returned product is added in Picqer, it is immediately synchronized with ReturnGO. This ensures that the return information is always consistent across both platforms. Inventory levels are automatically updated based on the condition of the returned items.

Connecting

Choose a ReturnGO subscription that fits your needs. Note that the 'premium' and 'pro' subscriptions are only available with a Shopify or Shopify Plus webshop. From the 'enterprise' plan onwards, you can connect other webshop platforms.

Next, create a new status and reason in the returns settings in Picqer. Then generate an API key in Picqer and enter it into ReturnGO.
