What is Returnless?
Returnless is a return solution that automates and optimizes your return process. Through a personalized return form, customers can register returns themselves by simply entering their order number and email address. The order is then loaded in real-time from Picqer. Customers select which products to return, the reason, and their preferred carrier. They immediately receive a return label. All this return information is available in your return portal and in Picqer, allowing you to process returns quickly and easily.

What can this integration do?
- The return is automatically pre-registered in Picqer after the customer creates a return using your Returnless return form.
- When the return package arrives at the warehouse, you can scan the barcode on the shipping label. Your customer receives a notification, and your warehouse staff sees the return immediately in Picqer.
- After inspecting the items, the inventory is automatically updated for items that can still be sold.
- When the return status is updated in Picqer, it automatically syncs with Returnless and vice versa. This is useful when a package is received and approved for refund within the Returnless account.
- Internal messages created in the Returnless platform are also visible in the Picqer platform as comments. This is helpful when customer service has added notes while creating a return.
- For products made up of multiple components stored in different pick locations, you can choose to display them as a bundled product or as individual items in the return form.
