About Sendcloud Shipping Intelligence
Shipping Intelligence (formerly Tracey) is a standalone module from Sendcloud. This module can also be used even if you do not use Sendcloud labels.
By connecting Shipping Intelligence to Picqer, shipment data such as order details and Track & Trace information is automatically exchanged. Shipping Intelligence creates a real-time overview of all your outgoing shipments. At a glance, you can see the status of all shipments, including issues like delays, damages, or address errors.
Additionally, you can link Shipping Intelligence to your customer service platform, such as Trengo, Freshdesk, or Zendesk. This allows shipment issues to be sent as tickets, enabling customer service to immediately (and optionally automatically) inform customers about the status of their shipment.
The data is also used to provide insights into and comparisons of your carriers' performance.

How to connect Sendcloud Shipping Intelligence to Picqer
First, generate an API Key in your Picqer account. Share this key along with the URL of your Picqer account with your Sendcloud representative. Your account will be set up, and together you’ll configure the carriers and settings to get started quickly!
