Audit log
In Picqer, changes and other events related to information security are logged, such as access and personal data. For example, when the address details of an order are changed, a customer data export is made, or a user's login details are changed. This allows administrators to monitor information security and investigate suspected misuse.
View audit log
You can view the audit log via Settings > Audit log. In this screen, you will see a list of events and details. In the top left, you can filter by event, user, API key, and date using ‘Filters’.
Initiator
An event can have different initiators:
User | If an event is initiated by a user, the full name of this person is shown. You can click on it to go to this user's settings. |
API key | If the Picqer API is used with an API key, the event cannot be linked to a specific user. In that case, the name of the API key is shown in the audit log for the event. |
Picqer Support | Sometimes you need help from our support team. If we make a change that is logged in the audit log, ‘Picqer Support’ will be shown as the initiator. |
