Automatic Subscription Adjustment

Every month, Picqer checks whether you still have the right subscription. If a higher or lower subscription would be cheaper, we will automatically adjust your subscription afterwards.

For example, if you have a Picqer Business subscription but only processed 2,900 orders in a month, the Picqer Team subscription would have been cheaper. In this case, we will retroactively adjust your subscription, as if you had been on that plan for the previous period.

Example

Let’s say it’s now April 5th, and your subscription is renewed for another month. If a different subscription would have been cheaper from March 5th to April 4th, the following changes will be made:

  • As of March 5th (retroactively), we will change your subscription to the new plan.
  • We will adjust the invoice for the previous month (additional charge for an upgrade, discount for a downgrade).
  • For the new period (from April 5th to May 5th), you will keep the new plan.
  • If the old plan turns out to be cheaper for the new period, we will correct this in the next period (on May 5th), and your subscription will be adjusted back.

Your invoice will include an additional line for the adjustment made for the previous period. The invoice will be lower than it would have been if we hadn’t made this change.

As an admin user, you can always see the current status of your subscription at Settings > Subscription.

This only applies to standard subscriptions. Custom subscriptions are not automatically adjusted.
