Can I change my Picqer domain?

Each company in Picqer has its own domain, for example jansen.picqer.com. The name is based on your company name when you create your account on our website.

Change domain name

If you prefer a different domain name, you can change it at Settings > Company details > Change domain.

Consequences

Once the name is changed, you will always log in using the new name. If your customers use the customer portal, they will also use the new URL. If you use the old name, you will be redirected to the new domain for a while.

If you use the API, you will also need to update the domain in those scripts.

Everything else remains the same: all your data will be moved and all webshop connections will remain intact.
