Making fulfillment customers active
You can make fulfillment customer active when they have been made inactive earlier.
Activating a fulfillment customer has no consequences for the linked products, orders and purchase orders. Only the fulfillment customer is made active again. The fulfillment portal is reactivated.
Activate fulfillment customer
Navigate to the fulfillment customer you want to make 'active'
Click on the red notification Activate fulfillment customer
