Order Limit in Your Subscription
If you started using Picqer before January 2020, it's possible that you have a subscription with a limit on the number of orders.
Switch to Included Orders
If you currently have a subscription with a hard limit and occasionally exceed it by a small amount, you can switch to a subscription with an included number of orders at any time. Contact us to convert your subscription.
A subscription with included orders has only advantages.
Hard Limit
When we refer to a 'limit' on the number of orders, we mean that you cannot create more orders in Picqer than the set limit. This is also called a 'hard limit'.
This was how our packages were structured before January 2020. If you received just a few more orders in a month, you would have to upgrade to the next package.
Included Orders
In 2018, we introduced the option to pay extra for orders exceeding your subscription limit. This makes it more flexible if you just go slightly over your package’s limit.
We call this the number of included orders. This is also known as a soft limit.
As of January 2020, this became the standard for new customers. You can also see this on our pricing page.
Orders Per Month
We track the number of orders per month based on the start date of your subscription. For example, if you became a customer on April 10th, your subscription runs from the 10th to the 10th of each month.
Current Subscription Status
In Picqer, you can always see your current subscription under Settings > Your Subscription, along with the start and end date of your billing period, and the number of orders in this period.
Notification Emails
If you have a hard limit, we will send you a notification email when you reach 80%, 90%, or 100% of your order limit.
If you have included orders, we will notify you once you reach the number of included orders in your subscription.
What Happens When You Reach the Limit?
If you reach the order limit, you will no longer be able to receive new orders. Importing orders from your webshops will stop, you can no longer create orders via the API, and manual orders will no longer be possible.
