Store integrations in Picqer
Picqer takes care of everything in your warehouse, while your store handles sales. The first step to start using Picqer is to connect your store, so that we can take over all information from your store and synchronize orders and stock in real time.
As soon as you connect a store to Picqer, you start sending orders from Picqer and Picqer becomes the source of truth for your stock levels. When you connect a new store, it is set to read-only mode by default, in which we only pull data from your store without making any changes there. This way, you can safely test the integration before processing orders with Picqer.
How do our integrations work?
Picqer's direct integrations all work in a similar way. This is what we do for most online stores:
- Import products from your store into Picqer, including images and current stock
- Import new orders into Picqer in real time
- Mark orders that you have shipped with Picqer as fulfilled in your store after 5 minutes (including tracking codes)
- Send stock changes from Picqer to your store in real time
- Check the stock of all products in your store every night and correct it where needed
Shipping options and pickup points
Where possible, we support shipping options and pickup points chosen through carrier plugins in your store. Pickup points selected by the consumer are taken over into Picqer, so that Picqer can create the right shipment.

SKUs are the key
Picqer matches products with your store based on the SKU (product code). Make sure that each product in your store has a unique SKU. Products without an SKU cannot be imported.
Because we work via SKUs, you can sell the same product in multiple stores: Picqer recognizes it as the same product and keeps the stock in sync everywhere.
Connecting multiple stores
You can connect as many stores to a single Picqer account as you like, including stores on different platforms. All your orders come in to the same overview. Read more about the benefits and considerations at connecting multiple stores.
Standard store integrations
We offer direct integrations for many online store systems, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed and Magento. You can set these up in a few minutes and Picqer makes sure the integration keeps working. View the available integrations.
