What you can do with this integration
The AI agent can answer WISMO “Where is my order?” questions. When a customer asks about the status of an order, the AI agent uses the status in Picqer, along with other relevant information such as a Track & Trace link, to quickly provide the correct details. The AI agent validates whether the email address provided by the customer matches the email address in the corresponding order object.
Connecting Sleak to Picqer
You connect Sleak to Picqer using an API key, which you create in your Picqer settings. Then go to your Sleak account and add Picqer as a new action.
