Connect Innosend
The Innosend integration lets you create shipping labels in Picqer through the Innosend platform. Innosend built the integration, so for questions you can contact them at info@innosend.eu.
Preparation
Don't have an Innosend account yet? Create an account online.
To connect, you need an API key and API secret from Innosend. Here's how to create them:
Log in to Innosend.
In the left-hand menu, click 'Shops' under 'Integrations'.
Under 'Connect new shop', click Picqer.
Give the integration a name and select the currency you use.
The API key and API secret will appear. Keep them somewhere safe, you'll need them to connect.
Connect the shipping provider
In Picqer, go to Settings > Shipping providers > Add new shipping provider > Innosend.
Enter the API key and API secret you created during the preparation.
Click 'Save'.
Set up a shipping profile
After connecting, create a shipping profile with the combination of settings you want to use, so labels can be created. Each combination is a separate shipping profile. Add more with 'Add shipping profile' and let a rule choose the right one.
When you ship outside the EU, Picqer automatically sends the order's customs data to Innosend.
If your customer chose a pickup point at checkout, Picqer sends the shipment there. This only works if your store passes on your customer's choice. To see which stores do, read shipping options per store.
