Connect Innosend
This is how you connect Picqer with Innosend to create shipping labels via their platform.

What is supported?
With the integration between Picqer and Innosend, you can:
- Create the correct Innosend shipping labels for orders automatically with a single click. This is done using smart shipping rules.
- Automate customs forms based on the contents of the order.
Preparation
To connect Picqer with Innosend, you need an API key. You can request this from Innosend. Don’t have an Innosend account yet? Then create a free account online.
Log in to Innosend
In your account, click on 'Shops' in the left-hand menu.
On the next page, Select Picqer.
Give the integration a name and select the currency you use.
The API Key and API Secret will appear. Store these safely, you will need these later.
Connect a shipping provider
After completing the preparation steps, you can select Innosend as a shipping provider in Picqer.
In Picqer, go to Settings > Shipping providers > Add new shipping provider.
Select Innosend from the list and click ‘Connect’.
Enter the API key and API secret you created during the preparation.
Click ‘Save’
You have now connected Picqer with Innosend. Next, add shipping profiles with the desired combinations of settings to this integration so that labels can be created. You can add additional shipping profiles by clicking ‘+ New shipping profile’ in the top-right corner of Picqer and repeating the steps.
Create a shipment
After setting up a new shipping provider, it’s a good idea to place a test order in your webshop using the new shipping method. You can then process this order in Picqer, including printing the shipping label. This ensures that all settings are configured correctly. If you have added multiple shipping profiles, you can further automate the selection between them using rules.
