QLS has a direct integration with Picqer, allowing you to create shipping labels with your QLS account directly from Picqer.

What is supported?
With this integration, you can send (letterbox) parcels via one of the carriers connected to QLS. QLS picks up the shipments free of charge, or you can drop them off at a nearby service point.
QLS supports the following options in combination with all webshop platforms. On our help page Shipping options per webshop, you can read about the other shipping options supported for this integration on each platform.

Preparation
Not yet a QLS customer? Then contact them to discuss your needs.
Already a customer? Follow the steps below to connect QLS.
Connect shipping provider
In Picqer, go to Settings > Shipping Providers > Add new shipping provider.
Select QLS from the list and click 'Connect'
Give the connection a name and enter your QLS username and password.
Click 'Save'
You have now connected Picqer with QLS.
Add shipping profiles
Now, add one or more shipping profiles. You can create as many shipping profiles as you want for each carrier. Choose a recognizable profile name and fill in the required fields.
To add more shipping profiles, click on '+ New shipping profile' in the top right corner of Picqer and repeat the steps.
Create a shipment
After connecting a new shipping provider, we recommend placing a test order using the new shipping method in your webshop. Process this order in Picqer, including printing the shipping label. This will ensure that all settings are correct. In the article How to create a shipment in Picqer? you can find more information.
If you have added multiple shipping profiles, you can further automate the choice between them using rules.
