Data Processing Agreement

According to the GDPR you need a "data processing agreement" with Picqer, because you process your customers' data in Picqer. This agreement outlines the terms we agree on regarding the security of your data stored in Picqer.

Signing

You can sign the data processing agreement digitally, and you will be able to download it immediately after. This is done during the customer sign-up process, where you also choose your first subscription and provide your payment details.

If you became a customer before May 1, 2018, the data processing agreement was not automatically signed. You can read, sign, and download the data processing agreement in Picqer under Settings > Your subscription > Data Processing Agreement.

Standard Data Processing Agreement

We have one standard data processing agreement that is the same for all customers. It is not possible to create a custom data processing agreement. This is because of the number of customers we have and the need for all our internal processes to align with every signed agreement,

Subprocessors

You can always find the list of processors and subprocessors we currently work with in the list of processors.

The processors are the parties where we store data about you as a customer. The subprocessors are the parties where we store your own data.
