How can I see which Shopify location is configured in Picqer?

Go to your Store settings in Picqer. You’ll find the selected location under the option "Location to manage".

My Shopify location isn’t showing up in Picqer. Why is that?

If you’ve recently added a new location in Shopify, it may take up to 60 minutes before it appears in Picqer.

What if I still want to import order lines from other locations into Picqer?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. Due to how the Shopify API works, supporting multiple locations is technically complex.

Can I set up a second Shopify integration in Picqer and manage a different location?

You can only connect a single Shopify Store to one Picqer account. However, it is possible to link the same Shopify Store using a different location to a second Picqer account.

An order has the status "ignore the order until it is updated". What should I do to import it anyway?

This order only contains products that are linked to a different Shopify location than the one configured in Picqer. This might be intentional, in that case you don't need to do anything.

Should the order be imported to Picqer? Then change the location of the order in Shopify to allow it to be imported. You can do this as follows:

In the Shopify admin, go to the orders overview.

Select the order(s) for which you want to change the fulfilment location by using the checkboxes.

Click on the three dots "..." in the top-right menu.

Select "Change fulfilment location" and choose the desired location from the list.

Is the desired fulfilment location not listed? This may be due to the location-settings at product level. You can check this by going to the product in Shopify. Go to "Edit locations" under the "Inventory" section. Select the desired location there and then follow the steps above again.

Click "Change location".

After updating the location in Shopify Picqer will automatically import the order, this can take a few minutes. It is also possible to restart the order import in Picqer by clicking "retry" in the order statuses overview.
