Engaige is an AI customer service tool that automatically handles your support questions. The integration gives Engaige access to your Picqer data, so it can immediately answer customer questions about order status, stock, and pick status.

Through the integration with Picqer, Engaige always knows the current status of an order or your stock, without an employee having to look it up.

What you can do with the integration

Engaige retrieves live data from Picqer to independently handle customer questions.

  • Look up orders, picklists, shipments, backorders, and returns.
  • Check current stock levels.
  • Add a note or comment to an order.
  • Change the shipping address of an order.
  • Pause an order.
  • Cancel a shipment that hasn't been processed yet.

Setting up the integration

For this integration you need an Engaige account. Then create a new API key in Picqer, which you can use to set up the integration in Engaige.
