About NexReply

NexReply is an AI customer service tool that can automatically answer recurring customer questions. Answers are built using templates that you can send directly, or have a team member review first. NexReply learns from previously approved answers and from employees' answers and adjustments. The AI continuously improves itself and can handle an increasing number of customer questions automatically over time.

What you can do with the integration

NexReply links an incoming customer question to the right order and retrieves current Picqer data to build the answer. If an order hasn't been picked yet, the customer receives a different answer than if the order has already shipped. If there's a discrepancy or an unknown status, the question goes to a team member. NexReply can:

  • Automatically link customer questions to the right order.
  • Use order status and pick status in customer answers.
  • Automatically include Track & Trace information in emails.
  • Handle questions about delays, partial deliveries, and incomplete orders.
  • Enrich return- and stock-related questions with available data.
  • Send answers automatically, or have a team member review them first.
  • Forward exceptions to the support team, including relevant Picqer context.

Besides drafting answers, NexReply can also perform actions in Picqer, depending on the rules and approvals you set yourself. Such as pausing, releasing, cancelling, or duplicating orders. NexReply can also have a specific product reshipped.

Setting up the integration

Contact NexReply or schedule a demo right away. For the integration, create a new API key in Picqer, which you can then use together with NexReply to set up the integration. Automatic sending of answers is only activated after the answer flows and rules have been configured and tested.
