Connecting Cycloon

Cycloon has a direct integration with Picqer, allowing you to create shipping labels with your Cycloon account directly from Picqer.

What is supported?

With this integration, you can register (mailbox) parcels for postal code areas supported by Cycloon.

Cycloon also supports tagging orders within their postal code regions. Additionally, there is extra functionality for fulfillment users. Please contact Cycloon for more details.

Preparation

To connect Picqer with Cycloon, you need an API key. You can request this via email at techsupport@cycloon.eu. Not yet a Cycloon customer? Contact sales here.

Connecting the shipping provider

Select Cycloon from the list and click 'Connect'.

Enter the email address of your Dabba-account and the API key you received from Cycloon.

Click 'Save'.

You have now connected Picqer with Cycloon. Next, add shipping profiles with the desired settings to this integration to generate labels. You can add additional shipping profiles by clicking '+ New shipping profile' in the top right of Picqer and follow the steps again.

Creating a shipment

After setting up a new shipping provider, it is recommended to place a test order in your webshop using the new shipping method. You can then process this order in Picqer, including printing the shipping label. This ensures that all settings are correct. If you added multiple shipping profiles, you can further automate the selection between them using rules.
