Automatically Choose the Shipping Method

Using Rules, the correct shipping method can be automatically selected, so you don't have to think about this at the packing table.

Different shipping method for some countries

Condition: Delivery country is European Union
Action: Select shipping method: SendCloud - DHL

Different carrier and packaging for heavy packages

Condition: Weight of picklist (g) is larer than 30000
Action: Select shipping method: Transmission - Pallet
Action: Advise packaging: Pallet

Carrier based on store data

Condition: Shipping method contains Same Day
Action: Select shipping method: Budbee

Carrier based on zip code

Condition: Delivery zip code contains 7000, 7001, 7002, 7003, 7004
Action: Select shipping method: Cycloon

Snooze Picklists

Snooze picklists when they don't need to be picked immediately, so they are processed at the preferred time in your workflow.

Snooze picklist for delayed delivery date

Condition: Delivery country is Netherlands
Action: Snooze picklist until 1 business day before delivery date

Snooze picklist after carrier's cut-off time

Condition: Delivery country is Belgium
Condition: Time is exactly or after 16:00
Action: Snooze picklist until tomorrow morning

Choose an Alternative Picklist Printer

Print picklists for France on a different printer

Condition: Delivery country is France
Action: Select printer MAGAZIJNPC - HP Laserjet M254dw

Print picklists over 23kg on an alternative printer

Condition: Weight of picklist (g) is larger than 23000
Action: Select printer MAGAZIJNPC - HP Laserjet M254dw

Print picklists from a specific store on a printer with preprinted paper

Condition: Tag contains Wintershop

Make Picklist Urgent

Sometimes you want to handle picklists earlier than others. This can be done with urgent picklists.

Make picklists for pickup orders urgent

Condition: Order field: Shipping method contains Pickup
Action: Mark picklist as urgent

Make picklists with certain product codes urgent

Condition: Picklist contains product codes 23MB03, 24WB06, 46ZJ
Action: Mark picklist as urgent

Assign Picklist

You can also assign picklists based on where the products are stored. With the 'Location' condition you don't need to select every location separately: a parent location also covers all locations below it. Products with unlimited stock don't count for this condition, and for a virtual composition Picqer looks at the locations of the parts.

Assign specific products to a specific person

Condition: Picklist contains product code 85493
Action: Assign picklist to Naud Heinhuis

Have picklists from one zone picked by a dedicated employee

Condition: Location all products at Shelving
Action: Assign picklist to Naud Heinhuis
