Connect Zineps

Zineps has a direct integration with Picqer, allowing you to ship packages and process returns.

What is supported?

With this integration, you can ship parcels with over 10 carriers. You can also receive return orders in Picqer and restock items on location.

Preparation

Not a Zineps customer yet? Contact Zineps and let them know you’d like to use the integration with Picqer.

Connect Parcel Service

First, create an API key in Zineps. Go to: Integrations > Add Integration > Picqer.

Create API key in Zineps

Enter your Picqer URL and save the integration.

Optional: If you also want to send returns to Picqer, overwrite the Client ID with your API Key and check the option “Send returns to shop.”

You can create the API Key in Picqer via Settings > API Keys.

Select Zineps from the list and click 'Connect'.

Enter the Zineps API key from step 1.

Click 'Save'

You have now connected Picqer with Zineps.

Add Shipping Profiles

Now, we’ll add a shipping profile. You can create as many shipping profiles as you want for each carrier. In the Sender field, select the desired sender address. In the Shipping method field, choose the Zineps method that belongs to the profile.

If you want to use multiple shipping services, you can add more shipping profiles by clicking on '+ New Shipping Profile' at the top right and repeating these steps.

Create Shipment

After setting up a new parcel service, it’s a good idea to place a test order with the new shipping method in your store. You can then process this order in Picqer, including printing the shipping label. This ensures that all settings are correct. In the article How to create a shipment in Picqer you can read how to create your shipments in Picqer.

If you’ve added multiple shipping profiles, you can automatically select specific profiles for your shipments using rules.
