DeliveryMatch integration

This is how you connect Picqer with DeliveryMatch to create shipping labels via their platform.

What is supported?

With this integration, you can create DeliveryMatch shipping labels. Home delivery is supported for all webshop platforms. Pickup points are only supported when using the DeliveryMatch checkout in the webshop. If you want to use pickup points, please contact DeliveryMatch to discuss the possibilities.

Preparation

To connect Picqer with DeliveryMatch, you need a Webshop ID and an API Key.

Log in to DeliveryMatch and go to "Other" > "API Keys"

Enter "Picqer" as the description and click "Add new API key".

You will get the created API key; save this for a later step.

Now go to "Other" > "Setup" > "Clients" in DeliveryMatch.

In the first column, you will find the Webshop ID of the connected webshops. Take the ID of the webshop you want to use to create shipping labels in Picqer. Save this ID for a later step.

Connecting the parcel service

Select DeliveryMatch from the list and click 'Connect'.

Enter the Webshop ID and API Key you created during the preparation.

Click 'Save'.

You have now connected Picqer with DeliveryMatch. Next, add shipping profiles with the desired combinations of settings to this integration so that labels can be generated. You can add extra shipping profiles by clicking "+ New shipping profile" in the top right corner of Picqer and repeating the steps.

Creating a shipment

After connecting a new shipping provider, we recommend placing a test order using the new shipping method in your webshop. Process this order in Picqer, including printing the shipping label, to ensure all settings are correct. In the article create a shipment, you can learn how to create a shipment in Picqer.

If you have added multiple shipping profiles, you can further automate the selection using rules. Once the shipments are created, the Track & Trace number will be sent from Delivery Match to Picqer.
