Sendy integration
Sendy has a direct integration with Picqer, allowing you to create shipping labels with your Sendy account directly from Picqer.

What is supported?
Connect Picqer with Sendy to automatically create shipments with DHL, PostNL, or DPD. Once the shipment is created, the shipping labels will be printed, and Track & Trace information will be retrieved. Depending on your settings, shipments will either be picked up or you can drop them off at a nearby parcel shop.
Sendy supports the following options in combination with all webshop platforms. On our help page Shipping options per webshop, you can check which additional shipping options are supported for this integration. Note that Sendy can only be used if you are shipping from the Netherlands.

Preparation
Not a Sendy customer yet? First, create a free account with Sendy, then start the integration with Picqer.
Already a customer? Follow the steps below to connect Sendy.
Connecting a shipping provider
Log in to My Sendy and go to 'Settings' > 'Integrations'. Select Picqer from the available integrations.
Copy the username and secret key and store them temporarily.
In Picqer, go to Settings > Shipping providers > Add new shipping provider.
Select Sendy from the list and click 'Connect'.
Give the shipping provider a name and activate it.
Under 'Configuration', paste the username and secret key into the respective fields.
Click 'Save'.
Picqer is now connected to Sendy.
Adding shipping profiles
Now, add a shipping profile. You can create as many shipping profiles per carrier as needed. Choose a recognizable profile name and fill in the required fields.
To add multiple shipping profiles, click '+ New shipping profile' in the top right corner of Picqer and repeat the steps.
Creating a shipment
After connecting a new shipping provider, we recommend placing a test order using the new shipping method in your webshop. Process this order in Picqer, including printing the shipping label, to ensure all settings are correct. In the article create a shipment, you can learn how to create a shipment in Picqer.
If you have added multiple shipping profiles, you can further automate the selection using rules. Once the shipments are created, the Track & Trace number will be sent from Sendy to Picqer.
