Subscription via Shopify

You can purchase a Picqer subscription through the Shopify App Store. A subscription purchased via the Shopify App Store is slightly different from a subscription directly purchased through Picqer. On this page, we'll explain everything you need to know.

Subscriptions

Our subscriptions are based on the number of orders you process per month in Picqer. Each subscription includes a fixed number of orders.

Once you reach the maximum number of orders per month - for subscriptions purchased via Shopify - you will no longer be able to process orders via Picqer for the rest of that month. If you want to process more orders than your package allows, you can manually upgrade your plan.

The difference from a subscription purchased directly through Picqer is that with a Picqer subscription, you can continue processing orders even after reaching the maximum monthly order limit. For each additional order, you will pay an extra charge. The additional charge depends on the Picqer package you've chosen.

Billing

If you have a subscription purchased via Shopify, you will be billed a fixed monthly amount based on the package you've selected. The amount is invoiced in USD and payment is processed through Shopify.

Cancelling

Cancelling a subscription purchased via Shopify works the same way as cancelling a subscription purchased directly from us. You can find more information on our help page about cancelling.

Your Picqer subscription will be automatically terminated if you remove the Picqer app from your Shopify store or if you delete your Shopify webshop.
