You have no idea what’s happening outside, how busy your customers are or how much you're being talked about. The only thing you see is a stream of new orders to collect and ship. It’s one of the best environments to get into a productive flow.

Yesterday we visited the Logistica and ICT & Logistiek trade shows at the Jaarbeurs. While we were full of admiration for the warehouse robots, we remained baffled by the WMS software on display. The efficiency achieved through sleek robotics seems to be lost again due to overly complex inventory management applications.
