Editing products

Picqer only imports product information from your webshop the first time a product is created in Picqer. If you make changes to existing products in the webshop afterwards, those changes are not automatically updated in Picqer. You can manually update this information in Picqer. Changes you make in Picqer are not communicated to your webshop.

There are two ways to edit product information in Picqer:

  • Edit individual products: You can easily edit a product by opening it in Picqer and clicking "Edit". Update the desired fields and then click "Save" to apply the changes.
  • Edit products in bulk: You can update products in bulk in Picqer using a product import. Learn more on our help page Importing products using Excel.
  • Editing images

    You can manually add images to your products in Picqer. Open the product and click "Images" to add one. It is not possible to add or edit images in bulk yourself.

    Importing images from your webshop

    Our support team can enable an image import to synchronize product images from your webshop to Picqer. There are three options:

  • We update all images (we first remove all current images in Picqer and then reimport them from the webshop).
  • We remove and reimport images from the webshop only for the productcodes you provide.
  • We only import images from the webshop for products in Picqer that don't have an image yet.
