Two new integrations: Engaige and NexReply
There are two new integrations you can connect to Picqer: Engaige and NexReply. Both are AI customer service tools that can answer customer questions using data from Picqer.
Engaige
Engaige is an AI solution that takes over your customer service. The AI answers customer questions, performs actions, and connects with your existing support tools. Through the integration with Picqer, Engaige always knows the current status of an order or your stock, without a team member having to look it up.

Setting up the integration
For this integration you need an Engaige account. Then create a new API key in Picqer, which you can use to set up the integration in Engaige.
NexReply
NexReply is an AI customer service tool that can automatically answer recurring customer questions. Answers are built using templates that you can send directly, or have a team member review first. NexReply learns from previously approved answers and from employees' answers and adjustments. The AI continuously improves itself and can handle an increasing number of customer questions automatically over time.

Setting up the integration
For this integration you need a NexReply account. Then create a new API key in Picqer, which you can use together with NexReply to set up the integration.
